The Capacity Building Commission in association with the Government of Nagaland deliver a landmark 2-day workshop on AI-enabled Capacity Building Plan (CBP) development.

Hosted by the Dept. of Personnel & Administrative Reforms and ATI Nagaland, the workshop trained 65 senior nodal officials from 35 departments to design data-backed, role-based training using AI tool as part of operationalising Mission Karmayogi in the state of Nagaland.

Inaugurated by Shri Shashank Shekhar, IAS, DG, ATI, ACS-Agriculture and facilitated by CBC team; Smt. Ranu Mookerjee, Advisor, CBC and Shri Maibam Warish, State Program Coordinator, the initiative reflects Nagaland’s shift toward a future-ready, citizen-centric bureaucracy.
