The Ministry Of Minority Affairs in collaboration with Capacity Building Commission launched their Annual Capacity Building Plan in the presence of Hon'ble Minister Smt. Smriti Irani, on 4th October, 2023. 

The creation of the Annual Capacity Building Plan involved ministry wide capacity needs analysis as well as extensive consultations with senior leadership of the Ministry.

 Dr R Balasubramaniam, Member HR (CBC) and Shri Srinivas Katikithala, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs during the creation of the plan assured that the plan benefits the Ministry's officials and enables an ecosystem for enhanced performance. The Ministry will take forward the implementation of the plan to address the competency gaps identified, and align the roles and performance with the national priorities and needs of the future.
