The first batch of the 2-day State Master Trainer (SMT) Programme under the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK), a flagship initiative of Mission Karmayogi, concluded today at the Institute of Management in Government (IMG), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Facilitated by National Lead Trainers (NLTs) deputed by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), the programme brought together 32 participants comprising faculty members from State Government training institutions and the Police Department of the Government of Kerala. The training aims to create a pool of State Master Trainers (SMTs) who will lead the cascade rollout of Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram across the State.
