Capacity Building Commission held a workshop with all external partners working with ministries, departments, and organizations within the Government of India on Annual Capacity Building Plans.

An Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP) of an MDO identifies capacity needs through three lenses of National Priorities, Emerging Technologies, and Citizen Centricity. Further, it details all training and non-training interventions required to develop the competencies of individuals and the organization as a whole.
