Building future-ready Rajasthan Civil Servants during Sadhana Saptah at HCM RIPA

As part of SĀDHANA Saptah, the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) in collaboration with the Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration organized a Special Lecture on “Mission Karmayogi for Future Civil Servants” at HCM RIPA, Jaipur. 
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from 250+ newly recruited Rajasthan State Service officers, reflecting strong engagement and commitment towards capacity building and public service.
The programme commenced with a formal welcome of the distinguished guests.
In her welcome address, Director General Ms. Sreya Guha highlighted the key achievements and training initiatives of the institute. She also elaborated on the Foundation Course and the innovative efforts undertaken by the Government of Rajasthan under Mission Karmayogi reaffirming the commitment to nurturing competent, responsive and sensitive future civil servants.
This was followed by a Sadhna Saptah Anthem curated by CBC and a video message of Swami Gyananand ji reinforcing the values of service, dedication and discipline among the participants. 
In the main session, Ms. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, CBC delivered a lecture on “Mission Karmayogi for Future Civil Servants” emphasizing innovation, transparency, accountability and the importance of continuous learning in public administration. She encouraged trainee officers to consistently upgrade themselves to meet the evolving demands of governance.
The programme was skillfully anchored by Deputy Director Ms. Shipra Sharma and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Additional Director General Mr. Shaheen Ali Khan.
The event stands as a significant step towards strengthening administrative efficiency, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and advancing the vision of a citizen-centric and future-ready civil service.
