Building on the momentum generated through Sādhana Saptah 2026, the Capacity Building Commission is organising Regional Consultative Workshops - Sādhana Shrinkhala in collaboration with the States.
 
The workshops intends to reinforce an important imperative: Training Institutions must evolve from traditional training providers into strategic, role-based competency-driven Capacity Building Institutions.

Beginning with 𝗩𝗶𝗷𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟵–𝟯𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the workshop will bring together States, Training Institutions and other stakeholders enabling contextualisation to advance the transformation of Training Institutions under Mission Karmayogi.

Because a 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
