Following the completion of the initial Master Trainer Programme in Uttar Pradesh, the first one-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram batches were successfully conducted on 20–21 July 2026 at State Agriculture Management Institute (SIMA), Rehmankhera, Lucknow and ISTM, Lucknow.

A total of 62 personnel were trained across the inaugural batches. At SIMA, two batches were led by Shri Anand Kumar Tripathi, while the inaugural batch at ISTM was conducted by Shri Ayodhya Prasad Prajapati and Shri Avinash Kumar Bharadwaj.

Organised under the guidance of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and with the support of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia UP Academy of Administration & Management, these programme is advancing the spirit of Seva Bhav and citizen-centric governance by bringing together officials across different levels of the administration.
