The session was chaired by Ms. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, Capacity Building Commission (CBC), and conducted jointly by the CBC team and Karmayogi Bharat in collaboration with the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute, Kolkata.

The session introduced participants to Mission Karmayogi 2.0 and emphasized the importance of continuous, competency-based learning for strengthening institutional capacity and improving citizen-centric public service delivery.
 

The Karmayogi Bharat team introduced the iGOT Karmayogi platform through a live demonstration. The CBC team provided a detailed overview of the preparation of Capacity Building Plans, explained the process of registering on the UNNATI platform, and introduced the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram, along with other key CBC initiatives.
