The Capacity Building Commission congratulates the Government of Uttarakhand on the successful completion of the second batch of Master Trainers Training under the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK).

With this batch, 28 Master Trainers have been trained to lead the behavioural transformation initiative across the state. As Master Trainers, they will help cultivate the values, attitudes, and behaviours that are central to delivering citizen-centric, empathetic, and effective public service.

The Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram reinforces the spirit of public service by fostering professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence among government officials.
