𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐇𝐂𝐌 𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐀) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐯𝐲𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐦

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India, in collaboration with the HCM RIPA, Jaipur, and the Government of Rajasthan, successfully conducted the first batch of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram on 16–17 July 2026 at HCM RIPA, Jaipur.

The programme witnessed the participation of 56 officers from diverse departments of the Government of Rajasthan, who successfully completed the training as State Master Trainers (SMTs). These officers will play a pivotal role in cascading the programme across their respective departments, strengthening the culture of citizen-centric governance and behavioural transformation throughout the State.

The programme was organised under the leadership of Ms. Shreya Guha, Director General, HCM RIPA. The sessions were delivered by National Lead Trainers Sh. Manoj Kumar Shandilya, Scientist F, Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Department of Atomic Energy, and Sh. Amit Kumar Jain, Senior Instructor, Zonal Railway Training Institute, Udaipur, Ministry of Railways, who guided participants through the core principles and practices of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram.

The successful completion of the first batch marks a significant step towards building a robust pool of State Master Trainers in Rajasthan, paving the way for the wider implementation of Mission Karmayogi and fostering a culture of continuous learning, public service excellence, and citizen-centric governance.
