The Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS), under the NCT of Delhi, in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), successfully inaugurated a two-day ‘Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram’ training programme under Mission Karmayogi today.

Representing CBC, Smt. Ankita Singh and Smt. Navneet Kaur joined the inaugural session virtually, addressing the participants and setting the context for the foundational objectives of the initiative.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭: 30 officials are undertaking this comprehensive two-day training.
𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬: Upon successful completion, participants will be certified as Master Trainers, tasked with cascading the curriculum across their respective departments and organisations.
𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: The training framework is structured to foster 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐯, strengthen citizen-centric governance, and equip officials with the facilitation skills necessary to advance the principles of Mission Karmayogi.

A concrete step toward building a more efficient, responsive, and citizen-focused administration.
