Ms. S. Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, CBC, visited the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Mysuru. Sh. Harsh Gupta, Principal Secretary, Praja Seva Department, Government of Karnataka, alongside senior officials of the institute were also present.
A comprehensive dialogue was held on strengthening institutional frameworks and optimizing training outcomes. Emphasizing the need for adaptive governance, the Chairperson noted that training establishments must proactively realign their strategies with contemporary administrative priorities.
Addressing the faculty and staff, Ms. Chauhan outlined key areas for institutional enhancement:
1. Fostering a Unified Training Ecosystem: Utilizing the UNNATI platform to seamlessly connect Training Institutions (TIs) across India, ensuring better resource optimization and shared learning.
2.โ โ Scaling Capacity via iGOT: Leveraging the iGOT platform to compact traditional courses, enabling the institute to conduct more batches and significantly expand the number of personnel trained.
3.โ โ Curriculum Modernization: Revamping legacy training modules to align with citizen-centric governance and current operational needs.
Concluding the visit, the Chairperson invited the State Government to share its strategic vision and plan for capacity building. She assured that the CBC will actively support the State ATI through sustained knowledge support and enhanced collaboration.
The Capacity Building Commission remains committed to empowering regional training institutions to meet the evolving demands of modern public service delivery.
