The Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurugram celebrated its 43rd Foundation Day (16th Aug) on 17th August 2026 at the HIPA campus. The programme was attended by five former Director Generals of HIPA, namely Sh. R.S. Dalal; Sh. Shiv Raman Gaur; Sh. S.P. Gupta; Smt. Chandralekha Mukherjee; and Sh. R.C. Bidhan, along with Sh. Manoj Yadava, Director General; and officers and faculty members of the Institute. 

The programme included experience sharing by former Director Generals and an address by the present Director General. The celebration provided an opportunity to acknowledge HIPAโ€™s institutional journey and legacy, while benefiting from the valuable experiences and insights of its former heads. Former Director Generals were appreciated for their contribution to the Institute.

Ms Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor at Capacity Building Commission addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of strengthening HIPAโ€™s role as a premier institution for capacity building and training of officers and employees of the Government of Haryana.
