The 2nd SΔdhana Shrinkhla (Series), held under Mission Karmayogi, concluded at Assam Administrative Staff College, Guwahati, with participation from representatives of GADs, ATIs, Training Institutions and public-facing departments across 8 States.
The Workshop featured an interactive session on πππ«π¦ππ²π¨π π’ πππ«πππ―π²π πππ«π²ππ€π«ππ¦ (πππ) by ππ¬. ππ§π€π’ππ ππ’π§π π‘, Director, Capacity Building Commission.
The focus was on πππ―π ππ‘ππ― (π¬π©π’π«π’π π¨π π¬ππ«π―π’ππ), encouraging responsive behaviour, respectful citizen interactions and greater public trust to enable the delivery of citizen-centric services.
