The Government of Gujarat, through the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), conducted training for 77 officials in two batches under the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram Master Trainer Programme on 15 - 16 October 2026.

The experiential programme focused on strengthening Seva Bhav, nurturing empathy and accountability, and reinforcing a citizen-first approach to public service.

The trained Master Trainers will support the programmeโ€™s wider reach across Gujarat, helping embed a service-oriented culture in everyday governance under Mission Karmayogi.
