A virtual orientation on the UNNATI Portal was conducted for Training Institutions across the Government of Rajasthan, chaired by Smt. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, Capacity Building Commission. She encouraged the State's Training Institutions to take the lead in strengthening Rajasthan's capacity-building ecosystem and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The session was attended by Smt. D. S. Nagalakshmi, Director, Capacity Building Commission, Sh. Kunal Kapse, Team Lead, UNNATI, members of the UNNATI team, Programme Coordinators from the Capacity Building Commission, and senior officials from HCM RIPA, the State Administrative Training Institute of Rajasthan, along with over 120 representatives from Training Institutions across various departments of the Government of Rajasthan.

The orientation focused on:

• Effective adoption of the iGOT Karmayogi and UNNATI platforms
• Preparation of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs)
• Rollout of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK), with the inaugural batch scheduled at HCM RIPA on 16-17 July

The continued efforts of Rajasthan's Training Institutions will be instrumental in building a competent, future-ready and citizen-centric public service.
