National Deliberative Summit on “Harmonizing Administrative Data for Governance”, is being organised by Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Chairperson, Capacity Building Commission, Ms. S. Radha Chauhan, while addressing at the Summit emphasised upon the fact that, to utilise the full potential of all that AI and related technologies offer, it is imperative that data across States & Ministries, and across sectors are harmonised and made actionable for taking decisions. She further said that this Summit is very timely and an important initiative. Chairperson emphasised that research also indicates that AI adoption is defined by Organisational adoption. This is turn is essential for leveraging the efficiency and effectiveness of AI as a layer of governance systems, she added.
With focused deliberations on data harmonisation, interoperability, and AI readiness, the two-day Summit aims to build a shared, actionable roadmap for States and UTs. CBC remains committed to strengthening capacities for a future-ready, data-driven public administration.
