MoS (PP), Dr. Jitendra Singh launched Program for Administrative Capacity Building of Scientists during the special session held under Karmayogi Sādhana Saptah.

The Administrative Capacity Building Programme for Scientists is designed to support scientists at Levels D, E and F as they transition from domain experts to institutional leaders and administrators. Developed by the Capacity Building Commission in consultation with leading experts, the programme provides a structured three-day learning pathway focused on governance, leadership, decision-making, and public administration competencies. It combines expert-led sessions, contextual inputs, and pre- and post-learning components to enable effective application in real institutional settings. The programme aims to strengthen leadership capacity in scientific institutions and support innovation-driven national development.
