Karmayogi Saarthis

The Karmayogi Saarthi Programme is a crucial step in strengthening civil service capacity and driving systemic transformation. By working alongside government institutions, Saarthis bring fresh thinking, problem-solving, and innovation to governance. Since its launch in June, they have already made a meaningful impact, enhancing capacity-building and governance effectiveness. Their contributions are setting new benchmarks for young professionals in public service, shaping a future-ready, citizen-centric civil service. I deeply appreciate their dedication and look forward to their continued role in transforming governance.
