Ms S Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, Capacity Building Commission addressed at the ‘Technical Session: Digital Governance in a Changing World’, during Tech-Wari 2.0, organized by the Government of Maharashtra, in Mumbai. 

During her address, Ms Chauhan emphasized the need for synchronising the individual AI capacity of civil servants with the Organisational capacity. She further stressed upon the need to evolve enterprise-level AI maturity across governance and its institutions so as to utilise AI for enhancing efficiency in public services.

She called upon enabling the orchestration of AI as an integral layer of decision-making hierarchies of Government.  The Chairperson said that the AI governance guidelines and policies should be interpreted and operationalised for all stakeholders.
