Sādhana Saptah 2026 commenced today with the National Conclave on Mission Karmayogi, marking a significant step in strengthening India’s capacity building ecosystem.
Bringing together Ministries, States, and Training Institutions, the initiative reflects a collective commitment to continuous learning, citizen-centric governance, and building a future-ready civil service aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. (Press Information Bureau)
On the inaugural day, five key initiatives were launched - each focused on translating learning into action and strengthening governance at scale:
Karmayogi Geet
A call to purpose, the Geet captures the spirit of Seva, Kartavya, and nation-building - reinforcing the values that define a Karmayogi.
Karmayogi Kshamata Connect
A foundational programme designed to empower frontline functionaries with essential knowledge, digital awareness, and an understanding of national priorities - enabling stronger last-mile service delivery through the iGOT platform.
Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram
A large-scale behavioural transformation initiative that places Seva Bhav at the core of governance, aiming to strengthen values, attitudes, and service orientation across ~1.3 crore officials.
Trust-Based Peer Assessment
An innovative framework on iGOT Karmayogi that links learning with real-world application - enabling officials to demonstrate, validate, and reflect on how learning translates into outcomes.
AI-Powered Case Study Suite for Amrit Gyan Kosh (AGK)
Leveraging AI to strengthen governance learning, this suite supports discovery, analysis, and integration of real case studies into training and decision-making.
Together, these initiatives reflect a shift from learning as a process to learning as impact - bridging knowledge, behaviour, and outcomes.
From Technology to Tradition to Tangible Outcomes: Sādhana Saptah is building a culture of continuous learning across the system.
