The Administrative Reforms, Inspections &Trainings (ARI & Training)Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir, has successfully completed one-day training programmes for its Officers and officials at both Secretariat and field-office levels, conducted through multiple batches across the Jammu and Kashmir division.

The training was led by Shri Narinder Khajuria, JKAS, Special Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department, J&K, who served as the State Master Trainer for the programme.

The initiative marks an important step towards strengthening a culture of continuous learning, competency based capacity building and citizen-centric governance under Mission Karmayogi.

Appreciation to the ARI & Trainings Department J&K and all officials who participated in the programme and contributed to its successful rollout across the Union Territory.
