The Administrative Training Institute,Mizoram conducted the first batch of the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram on 4–5 August.

The programme was facilitated by Dr. Chaithu Sarakham Aimol and Prof. Pankaj Kumar Yadav from the Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences, Aizawl.

Conducted as a two-day experiential learning journey, the programme encouraged participants to rediscover their inner purpose as public servants while strengthening empathy, accountability, and a citizen-first approach to governance.

The batch saw the enthusiastic participation of 41 officers. On completion of the programme, all participants were certified as State Master Trainers (SMTs) and will now spearhead the rollout of Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram across departments in Mizoram, creating a multiplier effect for behavioural transformation in public service.

Mission Karmayogi continues to build a future-ready, competent, and citizen-centric civil service where lasting transformation begins from within and translates into better governance for every citizen.
