Addressing the officers of Mid-Career Training Program (MCTP) Phase-III on their role in Viksit Bharat @2047, Smt S. Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, CBC, emphasized upon the need to bring forward initiatives and innovations to raise the bar of excellence at their places of work.

Officers were encouraged to take the lead, suggest and implement new plans to strengthen work culture, and not settle for the status quo.

She also highlighted the responsible use of AI tools. As revenue officers handling important responsibilities, they must use AI with diligence, she emphasised.
