IMPARD J&K conducted the 3rd batch of the two-day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram, with 36 State Master Trainers (SMTs) trained from key departments of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
The programme brought together participants from School Education, Labour & Employment, Health & Medical Education, and Culture departments.
The training was facilitated by Sh. Narinder Khajuria, JKAS, Special Secretary, ARI & Trainings, J&K, and Sh. Uzair Simnani, Programme Coordinator, Capacity Building Commission.
The newly trained State Master Trainers will further take the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram forward within their respective departments, contributing to the creation of a wider pool of Karmayogis equipped with the right competencies, mindset and commitment to citizen-centric public service.
