Strengthening digital governance and building an integrated learning ecosystem for civil servants remains central to the vision of Mission Karmayogi.

Yesterday, the Capacity Building Commission participated in a collaborative discussion with the Government of Mizoram, alongside Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Karmayogi Bharat and National Informatics Centre (NIC), focusing on advancing the convergence of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs), iGOT Karmayogi, eOffice, eHRMS, and e-Parichay ecosystems.
 

The discussions highlighted the importance of moving beyond standalone systems towards an integrated approach where technology platforms work together to support seamless learning, competency development, and administrative efficiency
