The Capacity Building Commission hosted a Samuhik Charcha to demonstrate the AI-Powered Amrit Gyaan Kosh (AGK) Case Study Suite, developed in collaboration with the Civis team. The session was attended by Dr. Alka Mittal, Member (Administration) and team

The session began with an overview of the current status of case studies on the iGOT Karmayogi platform, which now hosts 75+ published case studies, reflecting the growing repository of practice-based learning resources for civil servants.
A live demonstration showcased the three AI-powered tools that form the AGK Case Study Suite:

🔹 Case Study Analyser – This will enable comprehensive analysis of case studies and teaching notes by providing quality recommendations and readiness scores prior to publication on iGOT.

🔹 CaseConnect – This will assists Central and State Training Institutes in mapping case studies with their curricula, while also aligning them with the Karmayogi Competency Model (KCM) and relevant sectors, making discovery and integration into training programmes more effective.

🔹 Case Generator – This will support faculty and practitioners in developing publication-ready, high-quality case studies through an AI-assisted drafting process.

The demonstration sparked insightful discussions on the potential of AI to strengthen case-based learning within the Government's capacity-building ecosystem. The feedback and suggestions shared during the session will play an important role in further refining the Suite ahead of its integration with the iGOT Karmayogi platform.

The session witnessed participation reflecting a shared commitment to leveraging technology for creating high-quality, contextually relevant learning resources that advance Mission Karmayogi.
