The Advanced Faculty Development Programme – Cohort 9, jointly organised by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and ISB Executive Education, concluded with a valedictory ceremony celebrating five days of immersive learning, collaboration, and innovation in faculty development.
Addressing the participants, Mr. Jagdeep Gupta, Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, congratulated the cohort and emphasized the importance of translating classroom learnings into institutional impact. He highlighted CBC's continued commitment to building future-ready civil services through empowered faculty and announced the upcoming UNNATI Portal—a dynamic platform that will connect training institutes across India for collaboration, resource sharing, and capability development.
The programme brought together faculty members from government organisations, training institutes, and public sector undertakings, fostering cross-learning, AI-enabled pedagogy, inclusive teaching practices, and innovative instructional design.
