Being a Programme Coordinator (Karmayogi Saarthi) has been an incredible journey—one that constantly pushes me to grow and adapt. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s coordinating with multiple stakeholders, understanding the intricacies of government processes, or finding solutions to real-world problems. The exposure I’ve gained while working closely with the system has been eye-opening, giving me a deeper appreciation for how policies take shape and get implemented on the ground. It’s a role that demands resilience, quick thinking, and a passion for making a difference. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience that has shaped both my professional skills and personal perspective.

The Karmayogi Saarthi Program has been a transformative experience, offering a unique platform to coordinate with the Central Government Ministries in designing and implementing large-scale and impactful capacity-building initiatives for the civil services.  As a Program Coordinator at the Capacity Building Commission, I have the opportunity to regularly witness and participate in program formulation and implementation at the highest level. Here, I have developed valuable skills in advocacy, negotiation, strategic planning and program delivery at scale. I highly urge young professionals and policy enthusiasts eager to make a meaningful contribution to state capacity building to join this ambitious program and contribute to shaping India's future.

Being a part of the pioneering cohort of the Karmayogi Sarathi program in 2024, I have experienced and learned from a plethora of opportunities with the high-ranking officials of the Bharat government. The magnitude of impact a Sarathi can bring in shaping the civil service landscape to drive meaningful change is unparalleled. Working as a Program Coordinator at the Capacity Building Commission offers a unique platform for both government advisory and corporate professionals to comprehend and contribute to governance, driving impactful changes while infusing a corporate flavor into the government ecosystem. The role entails consulting in program management, implementing Mission Karmayogi, collaborating with CBC leadership, and engaging with stakeholders from Central and state governments, as well as Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).

Being a Karmayogi Sarthi has been a purpose-driven and deeply fulfilling journey, shaping a more efficient, future-ready India.
