Through deep partnerships with states, the Capacity Building Commission is building the foundation for a future-ready civil service, one that is skilled, responsive and aligned to the aspirations of a changing #India.

Today, a tripartite MoU was signed between the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Karmayogi Bharat and the Government of Tripura, marking a key milestone in strengthening governance capabilities in the state.

The signing was followed by an orientation session led by Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), CBC, introducing the framework and vision of #MissionKarmayogi. Ms. Shobhana Rana, Advisor on Content Development and Partnerships, Karmayogi Bharat, familiarised officials with the functionalities and usage of #iGOTKarmayogi Platform. Shri J.K. Sinha, Chief Secretary, Tripura, reaffirmed the state’s resolve to promote mindset change and strengthen a governance model that is both citizen-centric and digitally driven. S P Roy, Joint Secretary, CBC, outlined specific areas where #Tripura can collaborate with #CBC and #KarmayogiBharat, reinforcing the state’s intent to embed structured capacity-building in its governance approach.

The orientation witnessed active participation from Secretaries, Special Secretaries, Directors, and Heads of 51 departments of the Government of Tripura.

With this partnership, Tripura joins the national movement to build responsive, capable and future-ready civil service contributing to the vision of #ViksitBharat. The state is also experimenting with several transformational initiatives, offering valuable learnings for CBC and other states we collaborate with.
