Capacity Building Commission organised a three-day workshop to train Central Training Institutes (CTI) and State Training Institutes (ATI) faculty members on developing case studies. The workshop was facilitated by Harvard Business School India Research Center. The workshop was based on a combination of participant-centred learning as well as learning-by-doing approaches and involved case development through interviews with protagonists, who were Public Administrative Officials and had done exemplary work for the nation.
