Chairman (NHAI) and Member (Admin)  Capacity Building Commission held a pivotal meeting to strengthen NHAI's workforce for  dealing with the complexities of modern infrastructure development. Key note address  was given by Member CBC) emphasizing the need for  technical leadership, and problem-solving skills; and stressing on the importance of continuous learning and creating a culture of excellence . The Chairman stressed on the NHAI team to focus on behavioral, domain and functional competencies . S P Roy, Joint secretary (CBC)  laid down the steps involved in the creation of the capacity building plan , and  assured full support  of CBC and PwC in developing the Capacity Building Program for NHAI. The Kick off meeting ended with  Member (Admin) CBC highlighting the scope for continuous improvement, hoping that NHAI, as an apex institution, will set a benchmark for others in the infrastructure sector.
