Capacity Building Commission members met the Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Shri Shandilya Giriraj Singh, MoS Smt. Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti & Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste & discussed the need for capacity building interventions for the ministry.
