Advanced Case Writing Workshop at IRIFM, Secunderabad 
Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM) is proud to host the Second Edition of the Advanced Case Writing Workshop in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) and featuring Program Instructors like Blair Cameron (The World Bank) and Prof. Sanjay Dhir (Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi) in person and KE Seetha Ram, Dr. Eng. (Asian Development Bank Institute) virtually. 

Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), CBC, in his opening address emphasized that policies are not born in textbooks; they emerge from the experiences and partnership between government and citizens. He further highlighted the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision to adopt the case studies in Indian context for training purposes. 

In her address, Aparna Garg, Director General, IRIFM, shared her perspective on the transformative role of case studies in officer training, as the learning outcome is proven to be most optimal. Equipped with right learning, the gap between government and governance gets minimized.
