Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), Capacity Building Commission met with the faculty of Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad, to discuss ways to enhance the effectiveness of Knowledge Partners (KPs) in civil services #CapacityBuilding. 

The conversation focused on strengthening collaboration between CBC and academic institutions to develop high-quality, competency-based training for civil servants. Dr. Balasubramaniam emphasized the role of KPs in shaping structured learning programs, designing relevant courses on #iGOT, and contributing research-driven insights to improve governance and public service delivery. The discussion also explored opportunities for the institution to contribute to Amrit Gyaan Kosh through case writing and to engage students as interns, fostering a deeper connection between academic research and real-world policymaking.
