Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi has initiated a unique program of making the newly inducted IAS officers as Assistant Secretary in the Government of India before they go to their respective States.

This is a unique opportunity for a young officer to experience the working of central government where many of them will reach after at least a decade of working at the ground level.
