The Capacity Building Commission successfully organized the CSTI Convention 2024 at Vigyan Bhawan on 12th August 2024, bringing together all Civil Service Training Institutions (CSTIs) accredited under the National Standards for Civil Service Training Institutions (NSCSTI).

At this convention, 144 accredited CSTIs were awarded certificates in the presence of the Chief Guest, Hon’ble MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh, recognizing their collective commitment to excellence in civil service capacity building. Addressing the gathering, Hon’ble MoS remarked, “We have accredited over 140 training institutes, and each accreditation represents a step towards a more competent, efficient, and responsive civil service.” The Commission extends its heartfelt congratulations to all accredited CSTIs and our esteemed partners.

During the convention, Hon. MoS also launched three significant initiatives: the Faculty Development Program, Amrit Gyaan Kosh, and Quality Improvement Program—all dedicated to fostering continuous learning and competency-driven capacity building among CSTIs.

Digimanthan 2.0 resulted in institutions committing to digitalising 300+ courses for the IGOT Karmayogi platform.
