Capacity Building Commission, along with Karmayogi Bharat, has been enhancing capacity building for central civil servants for the last two years. Recently, CBC met with Andhra Pradesh CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his team in Amravati to extend the benefits of capacity building to all 4.5 lakh civil servants across all levels.

The CM's vision for Andhra Pradesh necessitates every civil servant’s contribution to the state's GDP and citizens’ ease of living. 

R Balasubramaniam, Rakesh Verma, and S P Roy led the discussions with Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and his team in Amravati, aiming to establish a model for capacity building that could benefit all states. Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat are committed to supporting Andhra in this mission and pioneering the measurement of the impact of these efforts alongside capacity building.
