Member-HR, Dr. R Balasubramaniam, Capacity Building Commission, led a workshop on 10th July 2025 for Capacity Building Units of MDOs, attended by CBU Heads and officials from 30 Ministries and Departments.

It focused on:

🔹 Clarifying the roles of CBUs
🔹Understanding what competencies are needed for different roles
🔹 Improving implementation and monitoring of Capacity Building Plans (CBPs)
🔹 Planning for domain course development and the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Program rollout
🔹Facilitating cross-learning through the exchange of good practices across Ministries

Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, ILS, Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, shared impactful best practices for implementing Mission Karmayogi undertaken under her leadership—setting a strong example for peer Ministries. The workshop enabled CBUs to recalibrate their strategies for structured, demand-driven capacity building aligned with the Karmayogi Competency Model.
