Leadership in the public sector is entering a transformative era - and the Daksh 2nd Batch is right at the heart of it.
The classroom sessions at IIM Indore were inaugurated, marking the start of an intensive 6-day journey from 20th to 25th April. The programme brings together 72 senior executives from 20 Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), creating a powerful platform for shared learning, collaboration, and forward-looking leadership.
Daksh is designed as a high-impact leadership development initiative for senior public sector leaders, focusing on navigating complexity, driving transformation, and strengthening organizational effectiveness in an evolving governance and business landscape focused on effective Succession Planning for strategic positions in the CPSEs.
The inaugural session was graced by Mr. Atul Sobti, DG, SCOPE; Dr. Alka Mittal, Member (Admin), CBC; and partners from Egon Zehnder. The programme is being hosted by IIM Indore, with academic guidance from Prof. Ranjeet Nambudiri and Prof. Manish Popli.
