Capacity Building Commission hosted an Interactive Session with senior officers of the Government of Sikkim at CBC office, New Delhi today, with participation of 20 Joint Secretary-level officers, aimed at strengthening collaboration under Mission Karmayogi.

The session was addressed by Dr R Balasubramaniam, Member-HR, CBC; Dr Alka Mittal, Member (Administration), CBC; and Shri Jagdeep Gupta, Secretary, CBC.

Dr. V. N. Alok, Professor, IIPA, and Dr. Pawan K. Taneja, Assistant Professor, IIPA, alongwith senior officers & team members of the Commission, and representative from iGOT Karmayogi Bharat were also present during the session. 

Ms Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, CBC briefed the participants about the Capacity Building Plans and the accreditation process of Training Institutes. 

This was followed by an interaction with the officers. The interaction focused on opportunities for collaboration in the capacity building ecosystem through:
* Competency-based governance reforms
* iGOT Karmayogi onboarding
* Capacity Building Plans (CBPs)
* Institutional partnerships
* Subject Matter Expert engagement
* Continuous learning for public service excellence
