Building Future-Ready Governance Through Capacity Building

The Department of Personnel and Training, in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission, organised the National Departmental Summit on “Institutionalizing Capacity Building: From Training to Performance-Linked Governance” in virtual mode.

Hon’ble MoS Dr Jitendra Singh, the Chief Guest, addressed senior officers from States/UTs and Administrative Training Institutes, highlighting the Government’s focus on Mission Karmayogi, iGOT Karmayogi, and performance-linked governance reforms.

Earlier, Ms. Rachna Shah, Secretary, DoPT, delivered the Welcome Address, followed by a Special Address by Smt. S. Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, CBC.
