The officers trained for the Common Mid Career Training Programme CMCTP came together to share and gather knowledge and inspire others in the regional event for the "Community of Leaders" from North India. Dr Madan Pillutla Dean and Professor at the Indian School of Business coached the participants on skills of Negotiation and Professor Aroon P Manoharan conducted a session on Strategic Communication, where the participants had simulating discussions about the art of policy communications.
