The officers trained under the Common Mid Career Training Programme CMCTP came together to share & gain knowledge in the regional event for the “Community of Practice” (COP) conducted for the southern region.

Several officers from across the cadres and services came together to be a part of the programme and strengthen their leadership skills via experiential session.

Dr R Balasubramaniam, Member HR delivered the inaugural address and lauded the efforts of the officers in keeping this learning and knowledge sharing journey active.

Shri Amit Garg, Director of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, also spoke to the participants and shared his experiences with them.

Raghu Ananthanarayanan, delivered an enriching session on “Leadership Journey through inner presence” which was appreciated by the participants of the programme.
