Capacity Building Commission hosted nodal officers from 25 Central Training Institutions (CTIs) and 20+ Administrative Training Institutions (ATIs) at the National Institute of Communication Finance (NICF, nicf.gov.in) for a one-day workshop and training session of the National Standards for Civil Service Training Institutions portal (NSCSTI, cbc.gov.in).

This workshop was inaugurated at the hands of Shri Devusinh Chauhan, Minister of State for Communications.

This portal will help the Government of India to set common standards of excellence, promote organizational improvement through continuous self-assessment, enhance civil service capacity building with templates, institutionalize a forum to highlight best-practices and collaborative learning, and give direction for long-term strategic planning.
