As part of working with States, the Capacity Building Commission team had discussions with officials from the State of Odisha, to spearhead Mission Karmayogi in the state and onboard officials for the Capacity Building process at the State and Local levels. 

The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary of Odisha, Shri Manoj Ahuja, IAS, Shri Surendra Kumar, IAS Additional Chief Secretary, Smt. Anu Garg, IAS, Development Commissioner, G Mathi Vathanan, IAS, DG Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Shri Manish Agarwal, IAS Additional DG and other senior officials. 

Very fruitful discussions took place leading to concrete action plans.
