The Capacity Building Commission team, led by Dr. Alka Mittal, Member (Administration), along with Ms V. Lalithalakshmi, Secretary,Ms   Anuradha Mukharjee (Retd IRS Official and QIP Mentor) and Ms Navneet Kaur, Director, conducted onsite meetings at the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), Delhi, focusing on the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) based on the NSCSTI framework. 

This initiative is driving significant progress in enhancing training quality. The institute remains committed to contributing to the nation’s capacity-building efforts.
