Capacity Building Commission met Mr. Koosiram Conhye, Secretary for Public Service (Mauritius), to discuss proposed capacity-building programs by CBC and iGOT. The 3- member delegation showed keen interest in the large-scale interventions undertaken by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), along with the iGOT online platform, which provides competency-based courses for civil servants. They were excited to try out some courses themselves. The collaboration aims to strengthen international partnerships and enhance global best practices in civil service governance.

They were very complimentary of the speed and scale of the efforts in India on capacity building.
