On January 31 and February 1, 2025, the Office Of The Controller General Of Patents, Designs And Trade Marks (CGPDTM), organized simultaneous sessions in #Nagpur and #Hyderabad for newly appointed officials, focusing on #MissionKarmayogi. S P Roy, Joint Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, delivered an insightful lecture on the mission's significance and its pivotal role in transforming civil services.

Mission Karmayogi, officially known as the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), was approved by the Government of India on September 2, 2020. It aims to transition civil services from a 'rule-based' to a 'role-based' system, emphasizing competency development and fostering a culture of #ContinuousLearning among government officials.

The sessions underscored the mission's objective to equip civil servants with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the evolving challenges of governance. By leveraging #digitallearning platforms and structured training modules, Mission Karmayogi aspires to create a future-ready civil service dedicated to serving the nation effectively.

The participation of the newly appointed CGPDTM officials in these sessions marks a significant step towards enhancing their capabilities and aligning them with the mission's vision. Such initiatives are crucial in building a proficient and responsive civil service committed to the nation's progress.
