As part of Day 3 of SĀDHANA Saptah 2026 (Technology theme), a Samuhik Charcha on “Scaling Institutional Capacity: A Standardised and Tech-Enabled Approach for NSCSTI Accreditation” was organised by CBC and CEGIS on 4 April 2026.

The session brought together Training Institutes and stakeholders from across States and Ministries and Departments. 

This session commenced with remarks by Dr. Alka Mittal, Member (Administration), CBC, who emphasised the role of digital systems and AI in strengthening feedback and integrating citizen voice.

Key insights included the need for structured readiness, standardised documentation, stronger collaboration, and centralised knowledge systems to enable scale.

The session concluded with Dr. Balasubramaniam, Member (HR), CBC, who underscored alignment with Viksit Bharat 2047 and the importance of collaborative, continuous institutional strengthening.

Further remarks were also shared by Ms. Chandralekha Mukherjee, Principal Advisor, CBC, who highlighted NSCSTI 2.0 as a framework for continuous institutional improvement beyond compliance.
